Elisabetta’s West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach has had a few additions in the last few years, one of them being Elisabetta’s by Big Time Restaurant Group on the intercoastal waterfront just behind The Palm Beach Yacht Club. At 185 Banyan Boulevard, the 10,000 square foot restaurant with a multi-tiered patio has become an anchor to the community. The size, location and tasty housemade dishes keep the 300 seat restaurant booked and those that go do so frequently. Many of the restaurants on the strip don’t have the capacity to provide open air seating on a large scale. This has become a must for many diners.

The restaurant’s interior was designed by Karen Hanlon along with Big Time partner/co-founder Todd Herbst with vintage fixtures, terracotta floors and old world textures of brick walls, pewter and wood ceilings. The interior boasts two gold tiled beehive shaped Neapolitan pizza ovens and a salumi bar faced with Calacatta marble. Guests are greeted with a 19th century gelato cart and indoor/outdoor bar if entering from the east side of the terrace which also features a regulation bocce ball court, a 25’ tall fireplace, an outside pizza oven, and four vintage gazebos. The restaurant features a 12-seat private dining room for a more private dining experience.

Elisabetta’s boasts a wine list created by Ervin Machado, a level 2 sommelier with 400 vintages accommodating the most discerning of palates, providing an interesting assortment with less known Italian wines and proseccos, offering 70 wines by the glass. can accompany pastas, breads, sauces, baked goods or fresh pizza from ovens made in Naples Italy all made in house. Elisabetta’s also cures its own salumis for delightful plated selections that can accompany an abundant amount of cheeses and seasonal fruits. Menu favorites include the Roman Lunch, a pizza hearth baked bread with burrata and prosciutto di parma, the Cacio e Pepe, and a white pizza topped with Pecorino Romano.

Big Time Restaurant Group’s Corporate Culinary Director Lisabet Summa and Elisabetta’s Executive Chef Andris Salmanis are responsible for the menu while General Manager, Drew Shane is responsible for the day to day workings of the restaurant and staff. Elisabetta’s first restaurant opened on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach July 2019, then the West Palm location in January 2020. The restaurant serves dinner seven nights a week, lunch Monday-Friday, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays With unlimited mimosas, Aperol Spritzes, Bloody Mary’s and Froze.
