On Friday, February 24th guests gathered for the shaken not stirred themed gala in the Mediterranean Courtyard at the Breakers for lite bites and refreshments. The black-tie event is one of the most prominent and well-attended galas of the season including dinner, dancing, and a live auction. This was the 42nd Annual Winter Ball. Co-chairs include Audrey Gruss, Jennifer Fischer, Amy Phelan, and Andrea Wynn.

The Winter Ball supports Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, which is comprised of 20 Club sites serving more than 10,000 youth ages 6 to 18. The Clubs provide award-winning developmental programs to help youth build skills, self-esteem, and values during non-school hours and summer camp opportunities.

“This annual gala is one of the highlights of the social calendar in Palm Beach County and the attendees are in for a real treat.  Put on your best black-tie spy outfit and remember that Diamonds are Forever and this evening is For Your Eyes Only.  The most exciting thing about this gala is the level of support for Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County as they work so hard each and every day to enrich the lives of the youth in our county,” said Lynne Wheat, 2023 event chairperson.

“We thank our chairs, volunteers, and staff for their tireless work in making this Annual Gala one of the best events of the year.  The funds raised from this single night will significantly impact so many children’s lives,” said Jaene Miranda, President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
