Isola, authentic Italian on Shelter Island

At the pinnacle of Shelter Island’s Historical Heights District sits Isola, a beacon of authentic Italian cuisine with a brick oven fireplace for finishing off dishes or cooking handmade pizzas. The delicately flavored dishes are sourced from close and far away. The bufala is flown in from Italy and the farm fresh ingredients come from local farms and the Historical Sylvester Manor, just down the street. Fisheries include Southold Fish Market, North Fork Smoked Fish Company, and other fisheries.
